How will my donation be used?
Postpartum Education and Support is a small organization with a big mission and depends on grants, business sponsorships and individual donations to offer its programs at no cost to the community. Thanks to a team of dedicated volunteers, PES is able to maintain low operating costs, meaning that each donation, no matter the size, has a direct impact on improving the lives of mothers, infants and their families.
Your donations at work
Gifts of $25 pay for materials given to mothers at their initial Moms Supporting Moms group meeting, including the book, Beyond the Blues: A Guide to Understanding and Treating Prenatal and Postpartum Depression.
Gifts of $50 cover the cost of the telephone support line for one month, which connects mothers and their families to trained volunteers for resources and help.
Gifts of $100 pay for the training of two volunteers needed to facilitate the Moms Supporting Moms meetings and provide phone line support.
Special occasion cards
PES offers personalized cards to celebrate occasions and commemorate special events. Make a donation in honor of someone’s birthday, a professional milestone, or a special holiday. If you would like PES to send a card directly to the recipient, please include the name and address in the comments box on the donation form.
Combined Federal Campaign
The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the world’s largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, with more than 300 CFC campaigns throughout the country and internationally helping raise millions of dollars each year. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season (September 1st to December 15th) support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world.
